This photo project is about aesthetics and time. The frame captures details of amusement rides designed in the USSR and launched in the early 1990s, on the eve of the country's collapse. The square format arranges these structures into restrained graphic compositions, where the main focus is on pure geometry: the intersection of forms, mechanical joints, and the rhythm of lines.

The presentation of the works includes elements of technical documentation from that era. They function as an additional visual layer, the handwriting of an epoch where the beauty of lines and form was born from engineering logic. Here, aesthetics is derived from function. This logic echoes the explorations of the Constructivists of the early 20th century. The same principles were preserved in the mechanical structures of the Soviet era.

Today, few of these objects remain in working condition. This project is an opportunity to examine and document what has not yet completely disappeared.
